Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact RoosterSocks within 7 days of receipt of the item. Items in new condition will gladly be accepted for a full refund. If you have any concerns, please shoot over a message, or call 800-593-0145!

Custom orders are non-refundable. This includes custom color choices for practice puppets.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless your order is incorrect, broken, or missing parts and you will be expected to return any item you no longer want at your own expense.

 

Payments

We accept payments via credit card only, through our checkout page or over the phone. Custom orders are paid via credit card through our invoicing system.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your standard (non-custom) order for a full refund. Cancellations must be made before the item(s) ship to avoid losing shipping charges. This policy does not apply to custom orders.
